Those pain weapons have been around a long time, and yes yikes, nonlethal my ***. The effects can be instantly lethal in some cases, a couple people did die in ?testing.
Or- like with many things over an extended period of time, making it harderto prove, to the companies' benefit.
I read two recently on that specifically. It was to be deployed in Afghanistan, and then just recently they decided not.
Electronic warfare is the current and coming wave of the future.
