In my opinion, based on what I've read and experienced, good for central nerve system...

Temporarily good:
-no emf/emr
-grounding (there are many ways for that)
-meditation
-doing and thinking at the same time
-massage (explained in book Energy Field by Donna Eden)
-walking
-showering

Good in the long run:
-detox
-enough minerals: Magnesium,...

I never had a problem with these things until a year ago. I assume something changed in my nervous system. I am trying to change it back. Any ideas?
