Am I remembering right, that Dr. Myhill is a famous UK doctor for Multiple Chemical Sensitivities?
I don't know if the Barefoot Connections equipment can be used in the UK. I had thought I had seen some sort of conversion accessory on their website, but I don't see it this morning.
They also have a contact form that you can fill out at their website and send to them.
The woman who has answered the 3 times that I have called there has been very helpful, and took her time to answer all my questions.

So I will water the grass before walking on it. Great tip. Keep us posted re the indoor grounding - if it works it would solve a lot ofproblems. Does the equipment you can get for indoor grounding only work inthe US or would it also work in the UK where our electrical system is different, and does anyone now where you can buy similar stuff which would workin the UK?

At about the 30 minute point, my body often feels deeply relaxed, and I feel relatively calm and present inside myself, in this very electropolluted area. So far, it has made it more psychologically bearable for me to be here (while I desperately search for other housing), because I know I can get some relief if I go outside, barefoot.

I asked them about the electropollution protection issue, and they said grounding the body protects you from both the indoor electrical wiring pollution, and from the outdoor RF pollution from cell phone towers, Smart Meters, etc. The person who answered my question did not know the physics of that, though.

When you walk barefoot, if the grass or soil is not moist, you should water it first, as well. (There is no conductivitythrough the soles of normal shoes, and conductive shoes are not yet being made and sold.)

> This book, Earthing, is a rivetting read. It makes a lot of sense. We spent millenia barefoot, or wearing hide shoes, and sleeping on the earth -- always in its electrical field, with our bodies always grounded, and always getting a constant supply of electrons (which damp out free radicals in thebody). As people return to grounding their bodies, they are seeing radicalshifts in health. The book gives case study after case study, as well as alot of scientific research.

There are 2 rivetting stories in the book about people with severe Electrical Hypersensitivity, who got their lives back, after introducing body grounding (sleeping grounded all night, working in front of the computer grounded, etc....).Perhaps it is more effective at healing people with EHS who are super-sensitive to powerlines/electrical wiring rather than wi-fi technologies? I still don't understand these distinctions. I also just found out that some people are intolerant of the earth's electrical energies?

It's supposed to be great for inflammation (positive free radicals of inflammation are "doused out" by electrons from the earth's surface). At the very least, it is the only time of day in Berkeley -- when I am grounding myself -- where I feel more relaxed and present. It seems to be having a dramatic positive effect on me. (Even as I sit among 32 nearby Smart Meters and all Berkeley's electropollution.)

Not much anymore. I guess I need a stronger one. Has anyone use a device to protect from wifi and cell towers?I just found out I have 70 cell towers within 4 miles of my house and 40 antennas. I also have a transformer in my driveway right next to my house. Ijust found out my house is flip flopped so I won't be able to move. I feellike I'm getting more sensitive every day. I just started the MMS detox. I'm going really s l o w. In the past detoxing make me really sick.I felt like I had acid running through my veins instead of blood. Not a good feeling. I need to build the immune system. Working on it. I hope all have a greatday.
