Hello again,

Many thanks to all who've given me help so far - lots of things to think about.

It would be very helpful to have a list of ways to ground myself here at home - particularly important for me with a cochlear implant.
Are there things to put in the bath that would help?
Is one type of clothing better than another?
I'm pretty much housebound and live in the centre of a city.
