Hmmm, I've noticed ALL of those devices doing something, although I
didn't necessarily think that they were doing GOOD things for me...

Have you tried anything from quantumproducts.com? I'd try the cheapest
item they have first (~$30 power conditioner) and if you don't notice
that helping, don't bother with their more expensive items.

Have you tried things to help alkalize your body? I use "H-Minus"
from e3Live to relieve acidity, although you may find that
simply using baking soda mixed in water helpful.
