I just figured that one of our resident grounding experts would respond,
but maybe not...

... I know that lessemf.com sells grounding cables -- you plug one end of the
cable to a nearby 3-prong (grounded) outlet, and clip the other end
onto some metal surface on the appliance you are trying to ground.
Done!
