-wooden floor or tiles must be good (although I should watch out with chemicals to treat the floor with if you're so sensitive)
I would say if you're walking in the woods, mostly there won't be so much electricity in the ground, or this all depends?!
I have checked the house that I'm renting here for geopathic stress lines. It seems important you don't put your bed on top of a geopathic stress line. You have to pay sb to do that or you'll have to take a lot of lessons.
About the grounding rod: I don't know either how to measure the dirty electricity... I'll know more in one month...
Stephen.

The book itself highly recommends walking barefoot on the earth, to align with the earth's electrical fields. I am wondering, given Charles's information about stray currents in the ground, how one would know, when one was walking barefoot, whether the earth had harmful stray currents where one waswalking. Are there certain areas where harmful currents are more likely to be found? Could one use a body voltage meter, to determine whether the ground one was walking on was safe and beneficial, eletrically? Finally, isthere a meter one could buy, so that one could determine for oneself, whether a grounding rod planted in the ground was not bringing dirty currents into the house? I have a Tri-Field Meter and an RF Meter. I move a lot, and I can't afford electricians. I was hoping I could learn myself, how to measure these things. Can anyone recommend a book about grounding basics that includes information about this issue specifically? Would the 2 books recommended by Charles be most helpful?

Today I've worn it 6 hours (under my shirt) and after 2 hours I was getting suffocated in that carbon t-shirt! I was at a family gathering otherwise I would've gotten rid of that t-shirt much faster! In the future I may wear the t-shirt one hour before going to bed, so my "body voltage" lowers a bit...

That must be a good thing I think, definitely if you ground it when put one meter in the ground. If you can't do that I'm not so sure about a grounding outlet, because thenyou'd have to make sure there is no dirty emf.

I have been homeless for 3 years due to Multiple Chemical Sensitivities (I cannot find safe enough housing). It hasbecome apparent that I am getting more and more sensitive to electrosmog, as I stay in Berkeley. I can feel the electrical fields coursing through my body all night when I'm in bed, and they severely disrupt my ability to concentrate and remember, whenever I am at home. I feel very agitated and often distraught and despairing. I've been trying very hard to move back toMarin County, where they have not yet installed Smart Meters, and where the density of cell phone and radio towers is less.
