Well in my case elektrosmog is probably a major factor in heightening body voltage. Although I do think other factors (as mentioned in my previous posting) can be important too...
Agnes van Enkhuizen uses a meter she developed herself, she says she has tested a lot of them and she says there not all 100% bullet proof.
Her meter isn't commercialized yet, although she has spoken with Philips, to work together on this.
