I bought a earthing pad from Barefoot connections. It is more like a sheet. It is connected to a grounding stake outside. I have had it about 2 months. I do feel like I sleep better. I rarely have to take my sleep aid to get to sleep. I only wake up a couple of times and usually go right back to sleep. I use to sleep maybe 2 hours in a row. This is much better. I still don't feel refreshed. I wake up very ...... like I'm plugged into a light socket.

Lily, yes, thank you, I would be very interested about the brand of that grounded mattress. It's a carbon mattress + tether?

I'm experimenting with carbon t-shirt this week and although I notice some reflections esp when there's a lot of emf. But it seems very good to lower my muscle tension. Most probably one of my main problems is a body voltage that's too high.
