Charles, that black t-shirt, it's also a carbon t-shirt? Could you send me the link where you bought it?
With me that carbon t-shirt is great for painful muscles and also great formy energy... Probably these are all effects of a lower body voltage and a better central nerve system?
Actually I feel now I should have sth like a carbon pants! Because my legs are still stiff ;-)
But tomorrow I'm gonna try the carbon mattress. I can test it from a friend/therapist here. That carbon mattress doesn't have a grounding tether (as opposed to the mattress Lily's talking about).
To lower my body voltage I'm gonna make an appointment with a Body Stress Release therapist. It seems like their sessions are directly aimed at lowering body voltage...
If anybody knows where I can buy a meter (in Europe) to check for my body voltage, please let me know. Body voltage should be +/- 30 mV and probably it's too high with me (more than 100 mV).
Stephen.
