I'm not so sure that it is safe to take Alpha Lipoic Acid daily at 600mg
per day, so you might want to research that.

When I take ALA every 3 hours, it is only for 3 days at a time, followed
by a 4 - 11 day break. And the amounts I take every 3 hours are very
small (< 10 mg).

Some say that taking charcoal daily is also not advised, as it may
deplete you of essential minerals. Although the people who sell
charcoal disagree with that (naturally)
