I am taking alpha lipoic acid I think it is 600 mg. and read here that I need charcoal. I heard that people are taking alpha lipoic acid every 3 hours. Are you taking it on a regular basis? Is it safe to take Alpha Lipoic Acid and charcoal regularly?
