As for chlorella, I think it depends on how sick you are. I could not tolerate one tablet of chlorella, like Marc was saying. I guessed that I wouldbe able to tolerate 1/8 of a tablet, but it seemed too hard to cut. Going"low and slow" -- that is the method my doctor recommends. The higher your body toxin burden, the lower and slower you have to go. Charcoal -- thatdoes not bind as well or as much or something -- I can tolerate that in full capsules... But I don't take it -- it seems that it is less specific about binding? -- not sure why I had chosen not to take it...
Green smoothies -- they detox heavy metals, too, in a softer less harsh waythan the specific binders, probably because they are a whole food with lots of synergistic "helper" ingredients...
