That's the popular opinion on the "adult-metal-chelation" yahoo group,
however I should note that these folks are very closed-minded, and
even if presented with the perfect metal chelation method, they
would reject it for years. :-/
Now, that said, on another metals group I was subscribed to (a more
open-minded, but now essentially inactive group), virtually EVERYONE
who tried chlorella had to stop because of bad reactions. I know
from my own personal experience that I can handle maybe 1/4 of a
200mg (tiny) tablet without problems, but there would be no way
that I could take 30 tablets in a day, not even for one day,
without problems.
I have had better luck with a chlorella/cilantro blend called
"NDF", but again, the amounts I can take of this on a daily
basis is very small.
You might be best off by just taking charcoal, but you can
always give it a try -- occasionally there are people here
who report a good reaction to chlorella.
Note that having tried several brands of chlorella, I'd say
that in terms of the tablets/capsules, I think "Prime
Chlorella" may be the least contaminated with heavy
metals:
http://www.prime-chlorella.com/One can gauge this themselves by seeing how much chlorella
gives them head pressure / brain fog, and if they steadily
get worse when taking chlorella.
