When you take something that binds heavy metals, heavy metals will be bound, and carried out of the body.
The complicating factor is the "laws of diffusion" -- when you bind heavy metals in the bloodstream, for instance, suddenly the concentration of the blood has changed, and heavy metals diffuse across the membrane, and come out of storage, to reset the equilibrium. Do you understand? Have you heardof this? So, whenever you bind heavy metals, some will diffuse out of storage, to reset the balance across the membrane. So, if you go slow, you will remove heavy metals from your body, but you will also pull heavy metals out of storage (this is the "stirring up" part). But, if you go slow enough, the diffusion effect should not be too harmful. "Low and slow." There's no other way! You have to get them out, and there will be diffusion, as a result!
It's very validating, to hear that heavy metal detoxing does make ES worse. That may be a main reason why my ES has gotten so bad the last couple weeks. The green smoothies. But I am doing that at a low dose now, that I can tolerate well. (I had started too high, with resultant brain pain/chaos.I backed down quickly.) A lower electrosmog area would probably be much better, for doing this detox work. My dreams have not suggested that I should stop the green smoothies right now, though. I will keep listening. I think my body is in a very dangerous place, with such a high load of toxins. I think detoxing is a high priority. I look forward to any more relatedinsights or similar experiences from the board.
