Thank you, Marc. Very helpful. I've got to look into ca, mg, k again -- Idelved deep into the topic of minerals/electrolytes a couple years ago, but didn't come to a solid conclusion about how to supplement... (I am too sensitive to "citrate" -- mg citrate, ca citrate, k citrate...)

I have been taking off my glasses whenever I possibly can. Good to know that I should always do that around EMF sources.

Dietrich Klinghardt, M.D., famous alternative doctor, says everyone on the planet should be taking 30 or more tablets of chlorella per day, to detox. I had not heard about "stirring up but not eliminating." Do you have any resources to refer me to? How does one detox heavy metals, then?

I have noticed a draining and clearing of my brain, when I take these things, though I have to take the smallest dose, to not get too much "stirring up." My doctor says that the way to go is "low and slow."

This sounds like another complicated topic! Could you say anything about your own strategy, for detoxing heavy metals?
