Barb, Marc, Stephen,
Thank you for more information! I'm feeling a little overwhelmed. My memory and learning ability don't work too well right now, with my body toxin load, body infection load, and electrical sensitivity combined. And this electrical sensitivity stuff sounds complicated!
Among other things, I was interested to hear (from Stephen?) that I might work on my electrolytes. I'm sure that's a big issue for me. I get cramping in my legs because my electrolytes are off/depleted.
Underwire bra -- that had not occurred to me yet, either! That's a hard one to leave behind! The next time I buy glasses, I already know they have to be plastic not metal (which they are now).
from Marc's mattress idea, I noticed when I was sleeping that I felt less electrosmogged, at the edge of the bed facing out from it, rather than turned in toward the middle of the bed...
That is interesting, Stephen, about messing with the cosmic rays, like withdennyfoil as part of a home's insulation...
And that makes sense, that a shielding fabric would become an electrical hot-spot, if the circuit breaker isn't turned off.
I have had a pet theory that it is my huge load of heavy metals that causesmy electrical sensitivity. I have just started to do green smoothies (a very small amount, in my case) -- the chlorophyll in the greens was binding heavy metals so well, that I had to back down from 4 cups per day to 1/2 cup per day. My brain was in chaos and pain, from too much heavy metal mobilization at once. I was wondering if this out-flux of heavy metals from my body, via the green smoothies, might be part of why I am so much more sensitive right now. Anyone had any experience like this?
I just heard some great news yesterday, that Pacific Gas & Electric seems to have made a formal decision that they must accommodate people with electrical sensitivity. (Before now, those customers were only allowed a temporary reprieve.) Now, if you have electrical sensitivity or cancer, it seems you can refuse the meters. That is a big deal! One step at a time...
All best,
Sue
