Mary,

Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be anything that works for everybody, you can only try stuff and see how you react...

But the more you read about it the more you'll understand...

I think:

-grounding your body probably lowers your body voltage, and/or you'll get less affected by the emf but it won't change anything on the emf that's in the air

-what I meant was that by grounding to a "grounding outlet" for instance water pipes, that on these water pipes there may be some emf or dirty electricity (the water pipe becomes sth of an antenna or could be close to electricity wiring)...

-a rod in the ground: I don't think there could be "chaotic electrical energies" in the ground (or am I wrong here?) but maybe if the rod is very long, it may become sth of an antenna that picks up some of the emf in the air... maybe you should post here how long your rod would have to be (to have access to the ground), other people here have a good idea whether that wouldbe okey or not...

-Although there seem to be people who have good results with grounding their bed... I think it is better to ground your body directly and not your bed.

Stephen.

Is it true, that these types of electrical energy would NOT be mitigated, by a grounding device on my bed? I seem to have gathered this, from the archived messages. If that is true, I don't think grounding my bed would help.
