oops--2 more questions

I have 2 books on order, about electrosmog, and I have read about it online, but I'm still missing critical pieces.

It sounds like, from the archived messages that Stephen highlighted, that there's no guarantee that a rod in the ground would help my bedding situation -- that there could be chaotic electrical energies in the ground, that I would bring into my bed.

Which meters would one use, to ascertain if this is the case?

I already own a Tri-Meter, and a basic RF meter.

I am confused about the different types of electrosmog and the different measuring gadgets.

Finally, I'm pretty sure the Smart Meters are a major part of my problem (wireless devices), and the high density of cell phone towers here. Is it true, that these types of electrical energy would NOT be mitigated, by a grounding device on my bed? I seem to have gathered this, from the archived messages. If that is true, I don't think grounding my bed would help.

Thank you for any more help,
Mary
