You might need testing for autonomic nervous system disorder, if you haven't already been dxed.  There are meds for it, but I have found other things which work, since I also have problems taking meds.  Since you mention being better in Mexico....  is there a large forested area or large body of water where you live?  I like to hang out, when I have thetime,
at a well forested state park where there is a white water river with a waterfall.  I sit on the ground in the forest there, put my feet in the river while sitting on the rocks, or go hiking in conductive shoes along the shore or in the forest.  This allows my excess "electricity" that my body stores to leave my body.  If possible I go twice aweek.  I have been particularly busy lately, so don't get there oftenand I see it makes a huge (negative) difference after a while.
 
Do you have any gut issues, Linda?  Do you ever get the chills or sweats?  What about your temperature--is it lower or higher than normal ona fairly regular basis?  Your bp is high, while mine plummets, but I have had problems in the past with all the rest that you mention.  I have also been dxed with fibro and cfs--spent a boatload on meds/tests/cures.  Best cure--dealing with lymphatics and gut issues.  I will tryto send some info privately on this, as I have shared this info here many times.

I just got the stetzerizer filters. I installed them yesterday. I don’t feel any different yet. I hope they will help. At least until I can get out of this house. I might have to go live in a tent somewhere. I feel like this house is killing me. My pulse rate is 98. I haven’t even done anything. Blood pressure is a little high 131/76. My heart is always pounding lately. I have so many symptoms. I went to a Fibromyalgia DR last year. He ran a bunch of weird blood tests. He said I have Fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and menopausal syndrome. I spent $ 1700. On 2 visits. I ran out of money. I didn’t have toxic chemicals. My hormone are messed up. Ifeel like my heart is running down.

I've had good luck with some EMF devices, but not those two -- Safespace
just made things worse, as I recall. Earthcalm helps a little, though,
if used in short bursts.

Regular MD's could never find anything wrong with me, even when I
was "near death". However, get some lab tests done by alternative
docs, and they'll probably find all sorts of things wrong with
you. For me, they found liver dysfunction, high toxic heavy
metals, high toxic chemicals, "impossible" hormone levels, etc.
