Puk replies - Linda how is the quality of your sleep, if you are in major  
sleep deficit then this will make things a million times worse. Where is  
your hope, dont let it slip away, keep focusing on your journey toward this

I just got the stetzerizer filters. I installed them yesterday. I don’t

Blood pressure is a little high 131/76. My heart is always pounding lately. I
have so many symptoms. I went to a Fibromyalgia DR last year. He ran a
bunch of weird blood tests. He said I have Fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and
menopausal syndrome. I spent $ 1700. On 2 visits. I ran out of money. I didn’
t have toxic chemicals. My hormone are messed up. I feel like my heart is
running down.
