Hi Estelle. I wake up that way every morning. I have the symptoms all day long. It's been 13 years since I started having symptoms of ES. Only about 8years with the anxious, trembly and sick feeling. I don't do well on prescription medications, so I have suffered much. I have tried herbs and vitamins. They help some. Emf jewelry, helped very little. Safespace and earth calm not at all. 5 days at the beach in Mexico, cooking for 120 kids, I started feeling better.(I do this every summer for about 6 years)Then..... I come home and get sick again in about 2 hours.
All my tests come back normal, I have heart palpitation regularly now. Especially at night. Melatonin tea helps me sleep. I try not to use things that help me, to often. I am Borg, I will adapt (they stop working on me). Keeping really busy helps keep my mind off "Me". That isn't working these days. I don't use my cell phone much. I suck the life out of the batteries. They don't last long.
Enough about me. I hope you find the phone you are looking for.
