Well, for me, I've tried several different types of detox
supplements (some with no common ingredients), and there
are certain symptoms that they all produce (e.g. metallic
taste in mouth), while there are other symptoms that
only occur with one supplement (e.g. numb hands is an ALA
symptom, muscle aches is a liquid zeolite symptom).

But yes, it can be difficult to figure out what symptoms
are "detox", and what symptoms are "supplement adverse
reaction". You just have to experiment and draw your
own conclusions.
