puk replies - how do you check that you are really making progress from
this method, could the syptoms you describe be a direct reaction to the detox
supplement itself ? How do you gauge this ?

Hi Marc,
does the numbness in your arms/hands and ringing in your ears go away when
you stop using the ALA (between 'rounds')?
