The best protocol may be the one that you can withstand doing -- and I
suspect that is highly individual. I'm currently doing a "Culter-like"
method, but Cutler frowns upon use of R-Lipoic acid, which is what
I'm doing now, as I find there are less adverse side effects than
I had when doing the ALA (although both cause me ringing in the ears).
