I know Arthur and I don't think I or anyone should claim to speak on his
behalf about his situation or his lawsuit.

I know that he tried to resolve it without going to court and I believe he
offered to hire a mediator.

I certainly would recommend to start off by trying to be nice to the
neighbor, but I had neighbors that I could never convince of the problems,
despite having a Ph.D. in physics.
