I don't know yet if he has denial, or just ignorance of the danger and
consequences.
I do know she doesn't understand much about technology.
The only person the guy is not accommodating, is me.

At least I verified the source of the problem. Very costly for me though.

This is not the same place as that news article from Santa Fe.
