I can't help you with the TV part but I am also sensitive to light and findmost LCD Monitors too bright. Still looking for one that doesn't bother myeyes.
As for EMF, on the LCD Monitor it is very good, my meter has to practicallybe touching it for it to get a high reading, I assume the same will be forLCD TV's.
