And by the way, 1.24 in the kitchen sounds terrible.
Stetzer filters will not solve that (although reducing dirty
power in that situation is a good idea). Figure out the
cause of that. If it goes away with everything off (try the
lights first) then it's probably a wiring error. If you have
two switches controlling the lights, probably the white
neutral wires from two circuits are connected somewhere.
This is usually (but not always) easy to fix.

The power company guy ideally would have commented
on this...but their bible says anything under 1000 mGa is safe.
