0.3 milligauss is not terrible, but for someone who is sensitive
it's really not great, especially if there is dirty power on the line.

It would probably make sense to have a plumber put a
dielectric union or short piece of plastic ("pex") tubing
anywhere in that copper pipe. Or disconnect the loop it's
forming (could be a dishwasher or fridge with ice make doubly
grounded). Or, in some cases you can add a copper wire
connected to the pipe at both ends, and running along
the path that completes the loop. This is hard to explain
in words, but given a choice most of the AC current will go
through a small loop rather than a large one, if you can get
the small one really tiny (think twisted pair) it could be
fairly effective. But just breaking the loop is always most effective.
