Looks like you have it figured out, which is good. I'll get there eventually.
I'll probably start off with the quantum companion if I feel a good effect from the quantum power strips and outlets.
For metal detox I'm going to start taking ALA, NAC, and a liquid combo of cilantro and chlorella, in addition to my usual assortments of supplements.
