hydrolyzed protein or any caseinate mean lots of glutamate.
Natural flavors can imply glutamate too.

I recommend the books "Excitotoxins the taste that kills"
and "Secrets of Nutrition", although they are fairly dense,
written by a neurosurgeon whose father died of Parkinson's.
