MSG may be half the problem?

I have been very conscious lately of avoiding any food that
might possibly have glutamate (MSG). It's not easy--even Trader Joe's
*organic* salad dressing has hydrolyzed vegetable protein (something
like 40% glutamate). Meat has glutamate, and I'm still eating it,
but less.
I just ate some soup at a "good" restaurant. As soon as I tasted it I
became
suspicious (tasted extra salty... yet not like when you add a lot of salt
yourself). But I ate it and now sure enough my EHS symptoms are worse...
I'm now of the opinion that MSG should be avoided vigilantly. It's a known
neurotoxin. Lots of non EHS people feel the same way...see
truthInLabeling.org...
Theoretically, zinc may be a first-aid remedy for MSG...
