Hi Stephen,

I've found to eliminate a craving for any sweets, yeast based GTF Chromium is a charm. (Glucose Tolerance Factor) -yes I've read the pros and cons, etc. on it. Stay away from the picolinate stuff.

It works. If I start noticing I'm wanting much, a week on those capsules, and not only do I not crave sweets, it actually makes me not want something sweet vs. something else better for me, if I have a choice between two.
