I have had the free shield printed in colour and folded many times and placed inside my Blackberry in addition to the Three hole star resonator stuck on the phone ..I use it for 10 minutes a day without any symptoms, whereas a year ago I could not be near a cell phone let alone use it..Mind you I have all kinds of other gadgets and I did other things tohelp myself.
 
A friend of mine also recommended to stick the free shield  on the TV screen, computer, fridge etc. I practically have it all around me, it only costs the colour in the cartridge and a piece of paper. Whatthe heck....even if it is a placebo.

Well, if you are currently having symptoms from using a cell phone, then
you can pretty easily tell if this works for you or not. Just try it out --
if you still get headaches, then it doesn't work. If your headaches
are diminished or gone, then it does work! And if you are embarrassed
to admit trying it out, don't tell us... :-)
