Is anyone being affected by the 3G phone networks specifically? I feel I have as I can offer no other explanation to my situation. My EHS started when 3G from AT&T came around.

Here is a letter I recently submitted to my home town newspaper:

Dear Editor

I am writing because I have been struggling with predicament that I have had for the last six months: Electromagnetic hypersensitivity. This is a condition in which someone is sensitive to electromagnetic fields and non ionizing radiation. They are all around us. In fact, they have increased greatly in the last 30 and even 5 years. Examples include radio waves, television broadcasts, radiation from microwave ovens, emissions from power lines and perhaps most notably, cell phone waves.

My problems started after moving to Madison for several months. I started having unexplained "headaches." Although these were not any ordinary headache. They made me feel like I was being slowly electrocuted. A tingling sensation in the head making me jumpy along with a difficult challenge to concentrate.

Oddly enough, whenever I return to Manitowoc, the symptoms disappear. I began a painstaking search to see what signals exist around Madison that don't in Manitowoc. After much work, I can only find one likely source: AT&T's 3G wireless network. It is astonishing to see how the coverage map nearly is identical to the areas of Wisconsin that bother me. The only relief Iget while inside AT&T's new high speed network are materials that shield or block cell phone signals, especially large buildings with a steel roof.


If you experience tingling or headaches in larger metro areas of our state where the 3G network exists and yet you find relief near Manitowoc, you arelikely suffering from the same condition as I am, as there is no 3G network here yet. I developed an online enterprise called Our Spaceship Earth. In the last two years, the focus has been on creating a film exposing the water quality problems in Manitowoc County. Perhaps now I shall focus on what is polluting the air. EM fields: The dark side of the wireless revolution.






So does anyone have advise on what products I can use to minimize my sensitivity? Specifically, I have a increasingly bothersome head tension that comes around from being around what seems like 3G cell phone signals. Sometimes it is better at night, perhaps from less cell phone traffic. Other times it is better if I am in a room with a high bare steel roof. Anyone have ideas on how to better relieve myself from this?
