I avoid MSG and aspartame like the plague!!! :) Red wine? Never have. What is the benefit?

Might try a little red wine?... go easy because it probably will
go right to your head and you don't want a hangover. If you have
liver problems ask your doctor first. I literally found that just an ounce
or two was about right when I was worse... make sure it's good stuff without
too much sulfites. ALSO avoid MSG like the plague! Learn the other names
they use for it, be careful with processed foods in general. They even use
MSG as a crop spray in some places! No aspartame either.
And be sure you get some essential fatty acids... calcium, etc etc.
