I've been reading the posts on detox foot baths (and the varied results) and I was wondering if anyone has used detox foot pads. If so, what were theresults? I tried them once (Kinoki brand), expecting not to feel a thing -- and it seemed to make me sick. I had had it on for several hours and I started shaking (like you do when you have a fever) and feeling really creepy. I took it off and recovered after a bit, but I thought that was reallyweird. The color on the foot pad, by this point, was medium gray. My daughter (who is in med school and thought the whole thing was a crock -- but was curious anyway), tried it and had no reaction and the color after leaving it on all night was only slightly gray, if that.

I don't know what to make of this. Any ideas or experiences??
