Study said that the discoloration in the water is the reaction in the water & what ever you add in to it. Not the toxins coming out of your body.???  Loni

No, I only did it about 4 times, every 2-3 days... it made me sick 24
hours after the very first footbath, and after 4 times I could see that
things were not getting any better.

The person who was administering these was actually quite shocked at
how black the water was turning (heavy metals?). I think it was just
mobilizing far more heavy metals than my liver, kidneys, etc. could
deal with, causing more damage than good. For me, detox has to be
verrrrrrry slow, with lots of breaks and extra nutrition.

The doctor I eventually started going to said that she'd seen quite a
few people trying to undo the damage of ionic footbaths, so she
refuses to use them as part of her practice.
