I saw the link to wds-global here, so I thought I'd just mention that I several years ago went to an alternativ medical doctor who said that every patient he'd had with electrical sensitivity got relief from their condition using the Disc Doctor called 'Grounding'. I didn't notice anything from it though, so I can't recommend it, but as it is quite inexpensive, someone on the list might want to check it out.
