Hi Barb and Stephen,

I like unplugging everything unpluggable as a free emf remediation tool (I often use rubber gloves for doing this, too--so not to be shocked.)  I, like Stephen, also find exercise very important--moves the lymphaticfluid and helps detox.  And I "ground" myself when possible.  Grounding involves going to an area with low/no emfs and sitting on the ground and allowing the negative/emf energies in your body to drain out.  In the winter, you can open your coat and lean against a tall tree in a forest to do this.  I am also gluten free, as well as, sugar free.  While I don't necessarily think *all* ESSERS have to be gluten and/or sugar-free, for me it was essential.

I like the Quantum Pro device for my one house (we are currently between 2 houses), which I bought on Marc's suggestion.  (The Q. Pro is quite pricey, but it had settings on it which the Q. Home didn't, and it was one of those settings which works the best for me.)  He also suggested the Quantum Companion which did not work for me.  When it comes to devices and gadgets, I think it probably is personal circumstance--based on your health status and energy deficits, etc, etc, etc--which determines whether a particular device will work for you or not (so not all things which do not work are scams, necessarily).  Loni says she tried the Quantum Home and it didn't work for her; the Quantum Companion didn't work for me; both of those worked for Marc; Loni and some others here like the Q-Link, which, if I remember correctly, didn't work for Marc.....  So you see, what works for one, may not work for another.  There are probably complicated reasons why
one thing works well for one and not for another.  We find the same thing here when it comes to supplementation, too.  There are some supplements which seem to be nearly universally helpful and then others which help one person but not another.  Hydrogen supplements seem to be one ofthose things which many of us like, for example.  Just remember to look for a return policy on gadgets and devices you try, so you can return them if they do not work.  I, like Marc, am doing very well, ES-wise, right now.  I don't consider myself cured, but I have little problems due to ES reactions.

my 2 pennies,
Diane

Hi Barb,

The one thing that definitely works is putting off the fuse box (at night)!Or of course moving to a less emf-polluted place...

Apart from that, I have 2 things that make a difference:
-Tachyon-energy
-Food supplement glucosamin+manganes e

With each of them I have less problems EMF-wise (for instance driving a car). But tachyon worsens my artritis and glucosamin+manganes e worsens my hypoglykemia/ migrain/. .. which is no good either!!!

Next week I'm gonna try manganese only... see where that brings me (According to hair tests I have a shortage of manganese and manganese-shortage is linked to allergies). And lymph drainage (as that may help my body absorb the right minerals).

Probably the best thing in the long end is a good diet, what works best foryou depending on possible allergies. I've read a lot of positive reactionsof people who have benefited a lot from eating gluten-free (and lactose-free) .

I've read that Marc takes (whole) food supplements, and if you can bear them that may be an improvement. ..

And walking at least half an hour each day (I'm not kidding!) is the best possible exercise? Or meditating!

Greets,
Stephen.
