I'm not too familiar with what works for cellphones. I basically
use my cellphone as little as possible, and when I do use it, I use
it in speakerphone mode. I have found that some of the personal
protection devices (e.g. Springlife Polarizers, Quantum Companion)
help reduce symptoms.

As for home protection, the Quantum Home helps me. The Earthcalm Home
Protector always makes me feel terrible when plugged in 100% of the time,
however, I do find it beneficial if it is put on a timer (e.g.,
on for 10 minutes then off for 20 minutes, repeated throughout the
day). But that's about all that I can take of the Earthcalm Home.
I do know that the Gilligan Joy (who has a website about his
overcoming ES) has a favorable opinion of the Earthcalm products.
