There is an enamel on toothpaste called Oravive that is fluoride free:

The pressure you get going into your neck is likely from the lymph being impeded from the root canals. It's not uncommon, plus the gutta percha they pack the canal with is never tight enough to prevent bacteria in there.
The emf fields seem to change the barometric pressure in your body - whether your jaw there, or sinus, or brain, etc.
Getting them out is probably the only relief on that part.
