Charles,
The effect of electromagnetic fields is CUMULATIVE.  Therefore, you need to take ALL EMF fields into consideration when thinking about your body's total EMF load.
When the electromagnetic fields from cell towers, etc becomes too strong, you would hopefully beseech socially responsible companies to attenuate their fields.  If this does not work, you as an individual need to shield the total cumulative fields that you are experiencing.  One way to shield the fields is to shield the fields from the earth....because you personal have no control over the fields coming from your local cell phone tower.
The fields from the earth are actually quite strong.  There are ways to mitigate the earth's field using stone, for example (see http://www.emfsensi tivity.org/ EarthsMagneticField 2.html).
Also, you may be forced to move your geographic location.  If you do this, you should consider a region that is known for a lower EMF field from the earth and lower atmospheric pressure.  This will help reduce the cumulative EMF load on your body.

It does not have any influence on the other parts of elektrosmog.

Certainly not with regard to cell towers or other artificial man-made waves.
