I think ALA might cause adverse reactions by sucking up metal ions
that you need, like zinc. I would take RLA which at least helps use
the zinc for something.

I agree with most of what Marc says. Unplugging electronics or
even turning off all the power at night if you're not sleeping well
is definitely worth a try. Getting rid of unneeded electronics,
using an AM radio to shop for appliances, not using any wireless
are all top of the list. Check magnetic fields (don't sleep near
the panel) and check for wiring errors (read Silencing the Fields
by Ed Leeper or another source for info on this).
