And even for standard, less toxic moulds, many people who are MCS as well as
ES (i.e. damaged immune system) react badly to moulds, even if their MCS or
allergies are fairly mild.

Mold has neurotoxins. Some strains are considered
lethal.

The moisture problem must be solved. If it is toxic
mold (which can be tested) professional removal
and remediation is worth it.
