I've had problems with it, and it was getting worse every year, until about5yrs. ago, I read it is largely from a vit. D deficiency. I started taking7,000 IU daily, and it made a whopping difference. Don't take it for a couple days, and hibernation mode wants to set in again, it makes winter much better for me.
