the problem is, how to watch any dvds whan you have emfsens, i can do it for 5 minutes and thats it

I came across this 'amygdala retraining' program for $190 for a set of DVDs

- it sounds similar to the 'dynamic neural retraining' that Annie is doing -

mainlyl for CFS but also basic mechanism mentions CFS...
