It would work throughout the whole house. I have it in a room I don't spendmuch time in but maybe it doesn't matter. Loni

I'm no expert on cordless phones (since I don't own one), but I assume that
you'd want to keep the phone base (transmitter) as far away from you as
possible. In theory, I suppose the signals could affect you anywhere that
the phone receiver works.
