Hi

I have ES and chemical sensitivities and now i need to have some dental work done. Im always wary of having new unnatural materials inserted into my body. What would you recommend i use for material ? Should i go with composite plastic resin dental fillings ? Has anybody had bad experiences with this ? Do you think porcelain would be an alternative ?

I need a root canal too, could this procedure pose a long term threat to myhealth ? This tooth is way back in my mouth and i could just have it extracted i guess but maybe that would be a bit crazy.....If you have any experiences or opinions id like to hear them please
